Rival Homes
A home builder based in the Omaha metro area. They're rooted in the belief that a custom home should be well designed, reasonably priced, and built to last. Starting in 2014 we worked with Rival Homes to create an identity that was different than other contractors in the area.
For the logo we avoided the easy route (dimensional house/script type) and thought deeper about the potential clients for the business which helped us find a common theme—starting a new chapter.
To start a new chapter, you need a solid foundation. The logo focuses on this, highlighting the foundation of the house. From here, everything is built upward and onward!
For the website we used a Squarespace template. It's not typically our go-to, but the client needed something super fast and it was an efficient and economical solution.
For photography, we hired Adam Casey to tackle capturing shots of finished homes.
